The firefighters of Peru will reinforce their operational capacity, thanks to the acquisition of new units for the attention of emergencies at the national level. The Government of Japan made fully equipped ambulances and fire trucks available to Peruvian firefighters. The Minister of the Interior, Jorge Montoya, expressed his willingness to continue supporting them with the necessary equipment, in order to strengthen their response capacity at the national level.
